Production Manager - PT Cocoa Ventures Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of over 50 staff
- Identify and monitor critical quality control points in the production process
- Develop a deep understanding of the production process and ideal work scheduling
- Be able to adjust planning based on sudden change in conditions
- Oversee Maintenance of machinery and infrastructure
- Ensure a Clean, Organized, and Safe working environment
- Cost efficiency, identify wastages and areas for improvement
- Implement 5 S System
- Male
- Age max 45 years of age
- Min work experience 5 years in a related position
- Minimum educational background, Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Management or related course ( Preference for Bachelor Degree in Agriculture )
- Can communicate in English
